So Exciting!
I would like to report that I have settled into this new home quite well and feel so loved and welcomed. I am now, dare I say, part of the pack. Everyday we seem to have some new adventure. Mr. Rudy and Miss. Mollee are entertaining to watch. They are still having some difficulty learning how to play with me. But we are all living together nicely. Sometimes Mr. Rudy declares that he is in charge and that Miss. Mollee and I must follow his orders. This usually happens when Mr. Bob or Miss. Jacque are not at home. I try to be polite and part of the pack but sometimes what he wants doesn’t make much sense to me.
For example, last night Miss. Jacque was allowing us a chance to try out her new treadmill. I have sat in her lap many evenings and enjoyed watching the doggie show with her where the man teaches humans how to take better care of their dogs. I have seen the man help dogs walk on treadmills and it always seems to have a positive result. So when Miss. Jacque got a treadmill, I really hoped we would get a chance to try it out.
That evening Miss. Jacque put on Miss. Mollee’s harness and helped her learn how to walk on the treadmill. Poor Miss. Molle was scared at first. But she soon got the hang of it. I stood nearby and shouted my enthusiastic support in hopes to bolster her courage and support her efforts. I think she did quite a good job. I think she may have done a better job if Mr. Rudy had not been in such a panic that Miss. Jacque was going to put him on the treadmill too.
Then it was my turn and I was so very happy to give it a try. Once Miss. Jacque placed me on the treadmill I quickly realized why Miss. Mollee had so much trouble keeping her balance. Walking forward on the rolling mat was quite a challenge. And it tired me out. I found it so much easier to walk forward and then ride backward until I was close to falling off the back end and would walk forward again. Doing it like that was much more lady-like and pleasant.
We all had to listen to Mr. Rudy loudly declare that under no circumstances would he put up with that kind of treatment. I do not know why he was in such a panic other than it would have required some effort on his part to participate. In any event, Miss. Mollee and I had a great time and are looking forward to our next opportunity to walk on Miss. Jacque’s treadmill.
Have a great evening everyone!
Super Fun!
Slave Labors
At a point last night after she forced de little boy to eat at de table, even though I continue to tell them he needs to be eating in de garage, Senora Mommie spent time moving forward to nowhere on her walking machine. Dis machine makes many beeping and mechanical noises dat are mysterious to me. I, myself, do not understand why dis walking machine is needed in de casa. I have been suspicious of et from de beginning and have done my best work to protect de putas from et’s mysterious mechanizations.
I, myself, did not become concerned until I, myself, saw Senora Mommie affix de torture devices to my beloved puta and place her upon de walking machine. I, myself, was terrified to see dat Senora Mommie was forcing de puta to walk forward to nowhere on de walking machine! My poor, poor beloved puta! Her gloriously long legs were struggling to keep up with de revolving platform and I, myself, could plainly hear her cries of fear and dismay. I, myself, spoke loudly to Senora Mommie, demanding dat she remove my beloved puta from dis device and dat she stop her evil forcing upon my beloved puta to walk forward to nowhere.
I, myself, see no purposes to dis activity. I, myself, was so relieved when Senora Mommie allowed de puta to jump off de walking machine. I, myself, was proud of my beloved puta dat she was able to withstand dis new attempt of torture without becoming dead. Although I, myself, offered to nurse her injuries for her, she, herself, modestly declined my assistance.
Imagine my shockedness to witness Senora Mommie placing de Little Green Vine upon de walking machine, too! De Little Green Vine was playfully barking at Senora Mommie and her evil accomplice, de little boy. De poor Little Green Vine did not realize she was being slave labored into walking forward to nowhere for no purpose. Et was a sad sight for I, myself, to see. De Little Green Vine was walking forward fastly, then would sit down, and then would ride de revolving mat back to de end before jumping up and walking forward again. Et was a dangerous strategy to preserve her strength but et seemed to have successfully worked for her. Ignoring her own wounds, my beloved puta stationed herself at de back of the walking machine to watch over De Little Green Vine in case she fell off. My beloved puta spoke encouragement to De Little Green Vine and stayed by her side until de tortures were complete.
Thankfully, after de tortures of De Little Green Vine were complete, Senora Mommie turned her attention to de little boy and started giving him de growling orders to take himself to de water room and remove his scent. I, myself, lurked beneath de sleeping platform in order to implement my strategy of “Out of Line of Vision – Out of Danger” in order to avoid becoming victim of de walking machine and Senora Mommie’s new torture of slave labors! After many moments, I, myself went back into de big room and chanced a look at my beloved Puta and De Little Green Vine. They were both in deep sleep laying upon de couches. I, myself, checked to see dat de air was blowing from their noses and, when dat was determined, I, myself, positioned myself across de back of de couch to stand guard over them. I, myself, will attempt to defend them from any more of Senora Mommie’s torture!

Fun Times

this time. Poor Rudy was beside himself with worry. He was afraid they would never come back and he refused to let poor little Mollee eat anything. He didn't ant anyone to eat the food they left for us (3 bowls of food and 4 bowls of water) in case Mommy and Daddy didn't come back the next day. I thought he was being silly, but it wasn't my place to give him instructions. I, however, ate when I was hungry. But I never took more than my share.Hey! ... Guess what?? ...
... like we all played in the yard the other day ... and like, Big Daddy and the little boy were playing with some really big sticks and stuff ... and later when I ran over there to bark at them, they had made this box full of dirt ... and like, it was so super cool ... but when I jumped into it Big Daddy got mad and yelled at me and stuff ... so, like, I didn't jump into it again for a long time ... oh, yeah, and like, I don't know what it's for but the rat says that the little boy is gonna rest in peace there ... but like, I don't think Big Daddy will be digging out a hole for him everyday 'cause like, Big Daddy doesn't like to work too hard and stuff ... but we'll see what happens ... oh, and guess what else??!! ... Mommie and Big Daddy and the little boy left us home alone the other weekend ... it was so awesome ... I could do whatever I wanted and do it whenever I wanted and do it however I wanted ... man, that was so cool ... and like, I napped and napped and took more naps ... oh yeah, and I played outside with Ivan and we ran around in the dirt box ... and I got to visit with the fence and the horse next door ... but like, every time I went to eat something, the rat was like "No! Don't eat! They're never coming back! We must save our food for when I am desperate!" ... and I was like, ummm ... I'm desperate now ... and the rat was like, "You must wait. You may not eat today!" ... and I was like, ummm ... why not? ... and he was like, "Because they might not come back and then I could starve to death and it would be my duty to eat you and the Green Vine in order to live and tell our story!" ... and I was like, ummm ... what story? ... and the rat was like, "The story of how you and the Green Vine were left to die of hunger when your owners abandoned you." ... and I was like, uumm ... they didn't abandon us cause like, I heard Mommie and Big Daddy talking about going to some big sand yard and playing in water but that they would be back the next day ... but the rat just kept talking about how it was the end of the world and we were left all alone and we were gonna die and stuff ... and ummm ... well ... I told Ivan not to pay any attention to the rat because he's just a stupid dumb rat ... but we both decided to eat when he wasn't looking since he was so scared that we were going to eat all the food ... and like, I woke up from one of my naps and everyone was home again!Home Alone ...
There es mucho happenings at de casa these last weeks. I, myself, continue to watch de little Green Vine for any signature that she es leaving de casa anytime soon. But, alas, it seems that Senora Mommie intends to keep de Green Vine for more weeks. Perhaps dis es why she directed for Senor Roberto and de little boy to construct de grande box of dirt.At first, I, myself, was mucho pleased to see that Senior Roberto was finally constructing a proper resting place for de little boy as he does not belong in de casa and should be in de garage as I, myself, attempts to remind him on a mucho frequency basis. I, myself, watched as senior Roberto and de little boy assembled a long box in de back yard according to Senora Mommie's specifics. Then everyone filled de big box with wonderful earthy smelling dirt. My beloved puta, de little Green Vine, and myself were mucho pleased to immediately jump into de box of dirt to celebrate de movement of de little boy and to run around to test de dirtiness and earth smellingness. But Senora Mommie was mucho unpleased with dis and chased us all out of her box of dirt. I, myself, felt that she was acting very self accommodating. But there was nothing for myself to do but sit back and continue observing et.
Another week passed and no more work progressed on de box of dirt. Yet late one day, everyone in de casa started acting with speed and purpose as they put their body coverings into black boxes. I, myself, have seen dis before, and I, myself, knows that dis is de indication of long absence from de casa and I, myself, realized that et would be up to myself to make sure everything at de casa was taken care of during de absence. I, myself, did not know how long of an absence et would be dis time but deduced from de number or water and food bowls on de floor that et would be for at least some several hours. I, myself, was determined to maintain de safety and sanity of my beloved puta and de little Green Vine while de Mommie, Roberto, and little boy were gone from de casa.

Clean Bill of Health!
Hello everyone. I wanted to share with you that I have been pronounced to have a clean bill of health!Hey! ... Guess what?? ...
De Tortures Continue ...
Eet has been at least dos weeks now dat we have been forced to accommodate de Green Vine in our casa. It seems dat dis situation remaining is going to continue because Senora Mommie is looking to be mucho loving of de little vine. I, myself, have not made up myself's opinion. There is mucho to consider before accepting de little vine into de pack. Tuesday, March 4, 2008
Home at Last ...

Hey! ... Guess what?? ...

A Trip In De Rolling Box
Et has been uno weeks and uno day since Seniorita Mommie ambushed us with her plan to provide additions to our pack. She and Senior Roberto left in de siesta time and shortly returned to place de puta and me, myself, into our torture devices and load us into de rolling box. We rolled for many momentos until we came to a halt in a yard that was unfamiliar to myself. There were strange and dangerous smells in this yard and I attempted to protect my beloved puta to de best of myself's ability. I, myself, instructed her to stand behind me as I, myself, would protect her from whatever dangers threatened. At this moment in time I, myself, saw Seniorita Mommie holding a white furry item. She was talking softly to it. She was wiping her hand along it's length. And then she placed it down onto de yard area. I, myself, was not surprised to notice that it was another puta because I, myself, could smell it from de moment we got out of de rolling box and entered de yard area. However, my beloved puta was shaking in terror and I, myself, took a position that would offer her much needed protection as we both watched de white furry puta stalk us.
After much discussion amongst de peoples, we were taken back to the rolling box. At this point I, myself, was very surprised when Seniorita Mommie entered de rolling box with de white furry puta and declared that it's name was Green Vine and that it was going back to de casa with us. My beloved puta and I immediately jumped into de forward area of de rolling box to snuggle together and discuss this new turn of events.

So Pleased to Meet You ...

About a year ago, as I was walking along and smelling the new spring daffodils, I got lost from my home and spent several days wandering out in the big world. It was a scary time and I just don't know what I would have done if it had not been for my foster mommie, Christina, who took me in and nursed me back to health. I was so fortunate to be able to rely on the kindness of strangers. After this horrid unpleasantness, I was adopted by the Harvey family and came to live here with Mr. Rudy and Miss. Mollee.
I, too, am a Chihuahua. But a lady never reveals her true age, don't you know. But I will allow that I am a young lady who has seen some of the world and am glad to have found myself in the warm and loving home of Miss. Jacque and Mr. Bob. I've only had the pleasure of their company for about a week so this entire arrangement is still new for me. But I am sure that this will be a lovely new home for me and I look forward to blending in with as much grace and composure as possible.
Have a wonderful day everyone.
... like, Hey Everybody!

I, myself, am known as Rudy ...
